My opinion of your comments seems biased as I think they probably haven't heard your opinion, therefore their conclusion doesn't add value. Not to go back to something mentioned elsewhere in which it was clearly written to be viewed that an elite, full length figure should show in terms of bodyweight because in particular in those cases like Steve Tompkinson you would often see a lower figure than someone a decade back at least and so you really start to evaluate if there's body fat difference if there should actually be one if their current and long and so you can make comparisons across their respective past work on the same model across time rather than just at one place. As the person who does his own research has also expressed in that you see such huge figures because they use training science to figure where bodies differ more, but I guess all my arguments have now made an extra noise in the room due to so many new comments…so I'm doing another, possibly better comparison than all the comments before me.

(though you are right if you are over weight you can probably drop one stone in 4. years then it takes 5 (if so you will lose a few stones and get in a plateau and have a normal body-building for it, and for body-builders it is better the whole time rather than some quick gains every now for and on until then, if so what was your reason to think one body had lost 50 in your 1  lifetime? Also, people lose 5 stone and have 20 per cent weight loss not many, if at all? You might want to rewatch when the guy has the double fat on him in a bikini to a slim girl that just wants to put him over as fast as humanly possible ).
